The Endurance 5.0 Cargo Bib is purpose-built for long rides where you need comfort, mobility, and room to carry more. With two cargo pockets on the back and one on each leg, it keeps snacks, tools, or a packable shell right where you need them—no pack required. The compressive knit fabric and ergonomic cut provide a second-skin fit that moves with you, while breathable mesh uppers and flatlock seams maximize comfort and ventilation. A premium Elastic Interface chamois with four-density padding and a central relief channel delivers long-haul support, and UPF 50 sun protection keeps you covered on exposed trails. Bib MTB 5.0 Endurance

After reading Myles’ review on Bike Network I was keen to check these bibs out. I picked up a pair a couple of weeks ago and I’ve used them on every ride since. I’m currently training for Cape Epic and time in the saddle (on my MTB, Gravel Bike and even indoors) has increased dramatically. Previous bibs have often left me numb/tingling in the undercarriage region but these are different. Extremely comfortable and the storage pockets are super helpful and convenient. Definitely going to get a few more pairs over the coming weeks.

The new Leatt bibs check all those boxes with storage and protection to boot

At 1.74m tall, I sized ‘medium’ for the bibs and that was the correct call. I found the pockets easy to reach into. I guess the most noticeable impression that might be of use to you is the bibs didn’t irritate me in any way – that’s usually a sign of success. I do still need to do some longer rides to get a real feel for them – but so far I can report they are very comfortable on the bike and seem to be worth every ZAR.
