LEATT SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Orders may take up to 48 hours to ship once placed. Our distribution center operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Leatt currently ships online orders in the United States only. For purchases outside the U.S., visit our dealer locator to find a local retailer.

If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email with details. The item will be canceled and refunded.

Standard Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: $11.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping.
  • No shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping

  • Two-Day: $24.99
  • Overnight: $49.99 (Expedited shipping excludes weekends and only ships on business days.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items not in resalable condition will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Tip: Try your gear on indoors with all tags intact before use.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing:

  2. After approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly written on the outside of your shipping box.
    Boxes without RA# will be refused and returned.

  3. Send the item to:

  4. All returns and exchanges are at the sender's cost.
    Ask your courier for insurance and tracking, as LEATT is not liable for lost inbound packages.

  5. For exchanges, once the return is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped within 48–72 business hours.

  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. It may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your institution.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Purchases made between October 31 and January 2 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order after your return is accepted.

REFUND POLICY

You’ll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank/credit card company to process.

LEATT ONLINE STORE WARRANTY POLICY

Leatt products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing for 1 year from the date of purchase.
ADV Jackets and ADV Pants carry a 5-year warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidents or falls
  • Burns, fading, negligence
  • Improper washing/care
  • Modifications, alterations
  • Improper fit
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use beyond intended purpose

Unauthorized purchases void the warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number.

  2. All products must be washed/cleaned before mailing.

  3. Include a description of the issue, photos, purchase receipt, and your contact details.

  4. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of each package.

  5. Ship to:

  6. Retain insurance and tracking for your return. LEATT is not liable for lost packages.

  7. Once received, we’ll evaluate the claim and notify you whether it qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement.

If damage is not covered, we may offer a repair at a nominal fee. Customers pay for shipping to LEATT, but return shipping is covered by LEATT.
