The pre-curved legs leave room for knee pads, while stretch fit ankles and a moto-style buckle keep the fit secure. A standout feature is the floating elastic waistband—engineered to give you the perfect fit, stay comfortable, and eliminate pressure points or waistband sag. Built from durable 4-way stretch fabric with Deflextion reinforcements and a laminated waterproof seat, it’s tough where it counts and flexible where it matters. Laser cut perforated panels keep air moving, and five zippered pockets—including a hidden phone sleeve—secure your essentials. With bluesign® approved sustainability and a feature-packed build, this pant is ready for gravity-fueled laps from the bike park to the backcountry.

These are easily the most comfortable riding pants I've worn

I raced and rode in the Leatt MTB Gravity 4.0 pants most of the summer and fall. These are easily the most comfortable riding pants I've worn. They breathe well enough in the summer to help prevent overheating, yet offer enough coverage to keep me comfortable on colder and wetter days. These are on the thinner, more ventilated side, but I was impressed with how comfortable they were in the wet and cold. The waterproof seated area does a decent job of shedding rear tire spray. I really liked the third pocket for the phone above the bum; Bike Park Pass in the left pocket, wallet in the right pocket, and phone in the butt pocket. These fit true to size, and I really liked the cut. There is enough room for slimmer knee pads, but will be tight if you're using larger knee pads.

durable and well-designed race pants for winter riding

Leatt’s MTB 4.0's are a super comfortable, practically detailed race pant that works well on the trail even in grim weathers. Slightly generous sizing makes checking before you buy worthwhile though and the moto look won’t suit everyone.
