I wanted the most protection for my knee since I had damaged an ACL a few years ago. The Leatt knee protector is comfortable, easy to wear, and seems to provide the advertised protection. I took one star away because it does not stay in place. I tried all sorts of things but during a full day of riding, the side with the knee that needed the most protection kept sliding down. And is not that easy to readjust since it is below my riding gear.
